2 nine inch round pans

- 2 cups white sugar
- 1.75 cups all purpose flour
- .75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1.5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- .5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare two pans with grease and flour.
Stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla into large bowl and mix.
Stir in boiling water to large bowl to make batter thin.
Pour mixture into pans.
Bake 30 minutes in oven until done. Let cool for 10 minutes.
